Yayasan Peduli Kasih Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus is a non-profit organization engaged in empowering families of children with special needs who live in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Mojokerto. This foundation has shelters to develop skills and service programs in helping children in their community.
